Dream Builders 4 Equity partnered with local Designer/Architect Brian Temple of HOK and Dan Carter an Architect at Lake Flato Architects out of San Antonio Texas to bring the vision of a community chess park to life!

The goal was to design a unique space that mimics the modular design of a chess board and also provides seating and flexibility for a versatile pavilion space.
