Hyde Park is a neighborhood with the potential to be a thriving community. It is full of hardworking families and a community full of hope for the future. Through Hyde Park 2025, we’re working in partnership with the community to transform homes and equitable resources for youth, residents, businesses, and real estate development.
What are the goals of Hyde Park 2025?
Aligned with our mission and values, BIPOC contractors and high school youth are powering this project. We’ve set BOLD GOALS for Hyde Part 2025, and we’re not stopping until we’ve seen our vision realized.
Employ 250 city youth
Rehab 25 vacant properties so that first time home buyers have the opportunity to invest in beautiful, affordable homes
Generate $360K in youth employment wages
Generate $4M in revenue for minority contractors
Generate $1.6M in construction labor wages
Create 250 living-wage jobs

As with everything we do, equity is at the heart of Hyde Park 2025. Our “equitable development model” ensures equitable resources for youth, residents, businesses, and real estate development.
How can I get involved?
As we wrap up 2021, Dream Builders for Equity has set another BOLD goal. We plan to raise $50,000 in support of creating equitable outcomes for youth, residents, businesses, and real estate in Hyde Park.
